Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Waterman Serenite Cocobolo Wood Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Waterman presentation box (including outers), booklets and cartridges. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition. There is some light wear to the lining of the presentation box (common on Waterman pens of this era). Only 3000 were produced and this is number 1772.
Waterman are known for their meticulously detailed writing instruments and the Serenite is a wonderful example of this craftsmanship. The pen is finished in glorious cocobolo wood, with the trim being sterling silver. The shape of the Serenite makes it stand out from other writing instruments, with it also being able to stand upright with both the cap on and off.
The pen is fitted with an 18k broad nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink. To reveal the converter, you simply turn the main band on the barrel which unscrews the section.
