Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this delightful Waterman Le Man 100 Sterling Silver Fountain Pen, which comes with a Waterman presentation box. The pen has been regularly, bu carefully used, and is presented in overall lovely condition - there are some small marks on the black resin section and gold-coated ring at the base of the nib. We'd suggest that the cap top may originally have been personalised with a small disc having a company logo on top, as the current one is blank rather than Waterman branded.
Waterman are known for their meticulously detailed writing instruments and the Man 100 is a fantastic example of this craftsmanship. Introduced in 1993, the Man 100 was available in several finishes, but the sterling silver version is one of the most eye-catching. The trim is gold-plated.
It measures approx. 14.5cms with the cap attached and 13.2cms without. The pen weighs 44gms.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
