Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Visconti Van Gogh Maxi 1st Generation Sandal Brown Fountain Pen, which comes with its Visconti presentation box (including outer). The pen has been lightly used and is presented in fantastic condition.
The earlier Van Gogh Maxi pens are a real treat and this is one of the first generation, dating from around 2000. The pen is crafted from a multi-toned brown resin, with the trim being rhodium-coated. The real star of the show, compared to the later Van Gogh pens is that it has a considerably larger, 14k nib.
The pen is fitted with a 14k broad nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
