Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Scribo Feel Spiaggia Rosa Fountain Pen, which comes with its presentation box and stamped information leaflet. The pen has barely been used and is presented in fantastic condition. Only 219 unnumbered pens were produced.
SCRIBO was founded in 2016, when a group of former OMAS employees decided to launch a new pen company. They've taken many of the wonderful design touches that OMAS were so well known for and created striking, contemporary writing instruments.
The Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach) takes its inspiration from the island of Budelli, found northeast of Sardinia. The beach is renowned for its beautiful appearance, with the colour occuring due to the sand being rich in tiny fragments of coral, granite, shells and mollush shells. The resin features myriad of tones and has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The trim is ruthenium-coated.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and the feed is made from ebonite. The pen is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink.
