Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Santini Vacuum Ink Indaco LE98 Fountain Pen, which comes with its Santini presentation box (including outer) and booklets. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition. Only 98 were produced and this is number 33.
The pen features a faceted design, with the resin using featuring myriad of blue and brown tones. The barrel is transparent. The trim is rhodium-coated. This is a larger pen, measuring 160mm with the cap attached and weighing 44gr.
The pen is fitted with an #8 14k fine nib and it features a black ebonite feed. It has a vacuum filling mechanism, so bottled ink is your choice here - the system has a large 3.5ml capacity and works in a similar way to the Parker Vacuumatic system, but instead of a rubber membrane it has a short piston, which sits away from the main ink chamber.
