Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Sailor The Creatures of the Deep Limited Editition 10 Fountain Pen Set, which comes with its wooden Sailor presentation box and certificates. None of the pens have been used and are presented in fantastic condition. Only 88 examples of each pen were produced, with these all being number 1.
The series was started in 2007, with each pen focusing on one marine creature. The design is created hand, using traditional Maki-e techniques, by the renowned artist Mr. Koushu Nishihara. Each pen features the limitation number 1/88 on the barrel, with it also having the artists signature. Based on the 1911 model, the full list of creatures is as follows...
