Sailor Rei Wajima Tamenuri Fountain Pen

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this glorious Sailor 'Rei' Wajima Tamenuri Fountain Pen, which comes with its Sailor presentation box (including outer), unused polishing cloth and information leaflets - confirming first purchase on 16th October 2023. The pen has barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition.

     

The barrel and cap are crafted from ebonite, which is then coated in Urushi lacquer. Produced in Wajima by Masanora Sumi, who has more than forty-years experience and is one of only a few craftsman who have mastered all 100 Wajima-nuri techniques.

     

The pen is fitted with a 21k medium nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds, when it comes to ink.
