Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this delightful S.T. Dupont Place Vendome Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its large Dupont presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklets. The pen has never been inked and is presented in wonderful condition - there is a some wear to the lining of the presentation box. Only 1810 were produced and this is number 0788.
Commissioned by King Louis XIV, is the world-famous, octangonal public square in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. Released in 2008, this is ST Dupont's tribute to the iconic square. This is a richly detailed writing instrument, with hematite stones on both the cap and barrel.
As with all Dupont pens, the quality of fit and finish is something to behold, with all elements being beautifully finished.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
