Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pilot x Kishida Stationery 150th Anniversary Capless LS Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pilot presentation box (including outer) and information leaflet. The pen has never been used and is presented in as new condition.
The LS is the latest incarnation of the legendary Capless fountain pen - the LS stands for 'luxury, silent' and the main change is that you press the button to reveal the nib but then twist the mechanism to retract it. This version was released to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Kishida Stationery. The lacquered barrel goes from deep red-to- black, known as Iro-akatsuki... the colourscheme represents the passage of time, from the sun setting to the dawn of a new day.
The pen is a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink. It's fitted with an 18k rhodium-coated fine nib.
