Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M815 Metal Striped Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box (including outer). The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition.
Released a special edition in 2018, the Metal Striped is a weightier pen than the standard resin offerings. The barrel is crafted from brass, which then has a palladium-plated white and black striped design. There is a visible ink window at the base of the barrel. The cap is black resin, with the trim being palladium-plated.
One of the great features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed - this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!
The pen is fitted with an 18c double broad nib and it's a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink.
