Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M809 Matte Black Special Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklet. The pen has barely been used and is presented in virtually as new condition.
The M809 is a recent addition to the lineup and has a completely different look compared to other M800 models. The barrel and trim are finished in matte black with the cap having a contrasting gloss finish. There is a visible ink window at the base of the barrel.
One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed - this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!
The M809 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink. It's fitted with an 18C fine nib.
