Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M200 Black Fountain Pen, which comes with a Pelikan presentation box (some wear to this, not the original box for this pen) and bottle of ink. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in excellent condition.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated. The M200 was released in 1985 and this pen dates before the slight redesign in 1997, with it having two cap bands and the absence of a trim ring on the barrel.
One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed - this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!
The M200 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink. It's fitted with a 14c medium nib.
