Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Parker Centennial Mk1 Blue Marble Fountain Pen, which comes with a modern Parker presentation box (including outer). The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall excellent condition. The cap code of IIIQ dates this as a Q1 1990 pen. The cap top is engraved with what looks like the Rolls Royce logo.
Parker have a long, rich heritage of creating impressive writing instruments and the Duofold range is at the heart of this. With its incredibly detailed production process, including 130 components and 100 quality control tests.
The Blue Marble was one of the original MK1 colours, with it featuring myriad of swirling blue tones. The trim is gold-plated.
The fountain pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied) filler, so you have the best of both worlds.
