Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Omas Black Gold Trim Fountain Pen, which comes with its OMAS presentation box (including outer) and pen sleeve. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition.
OMAS require no introduction and since their sad demise in January 2016, the hunger from fans and collectors for great examples of their writing instruments has increased dramatically! The company was founded by Armando Simoni and the full name was Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni, abbreviated to OMAS.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated.
The pen is fitted with an 18k broad nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
