Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Omas Milord Arco Bronze Celluloid Fountain Pen, which comes with its OMAS presentation box (including outer), soft pouch and booklet. The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition.
OMAS require no introduction and since their sad demise in January 2016, the hunger from fans and collectors for great examples of their writing instruments has increased dramatically! The company was founded by Armando Simoni and the full name was Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni, abbreviated to OMAS.
This is the Arco Bronze celluloid version and it requires no introduction… with it being arguably the most sought-after pen material on the planet, alongside Arco Verde. With its myriad of golden brown ones, it’s a material that simply has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The arco pattern lines up extremely well between the barrel and cone, with it being slightly off between the cap and barrel.
The pen is fitted with a 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
