Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Oldwin Paris Le Classic Blue Saffron Celluloid Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has never been inked and is presented in fantastic condition.
A delightful example of Andre Mora's craftmanship, produced by the in-house Mora Stylos brand, rather than as part of the Pen Family collaboration. The pen is crafted from iconic OMAS Blue Saffron celluloid, whihc features myriad of swirling tones. The trim is gold-plated.
The 'Classic' models were introduced in 2002 and it's both an imposing, yet extremely comfortable pen. It measures approx. 15.4cms with the cap attached and approx. 13.3cms without.
The pen is fitted with an 18k fine nib (ebonite feed) and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
