Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Victor Hugo Writers Edition Rollerball / Fineliner Pen which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in excellent condition. Only 8600 were produced and this is number 1924.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 2020 it was the legendary French writer, Victor Hugo.
The design of the pen is inspired by Notre-Dame, with the cap being decorated with gothic arches and the end of the clip is shaped like the clapper in a bell – recalling Quasimodo and the bells of Notre-Dame. Victor Hugo’s signature is engraved on the cap.
The pen is fitted with a new rollerball refill. If you'd rather use it as a fineliner, then you'd simply have to purchase the relevant refill - these are widely available online.
