Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this delightful Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Brothers Grimm Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box and unstamped information booklet. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition - the F sticker, denoting a fine nib, remains on the cone. Only 10300 were produced and this is number 1873.
Launched in 2022, as the yearly offering from the Montblanc Writers Edition, the Brothers Grimm is a richly detailed writing instrument.
Paying tribute to the legacy of the Brothers Grimm, who published so many of the world's most beloved folk tales in the 19th Century. The shape of the pen is modelled on a hiking stick, with the use of black resin reflected the darkness of the woods, so often found in their tales. The wave pattern on both the cap and barrel are a nod to Rapunzel's hair, whilst also resembling roots.
The pen is fitted with an 18k fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
