Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Antoine de Saint-Exupery Rollerball Pen which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been regularly, but carefully used, and is presented in overall very good condition.. Only 8600 were produced and this is number 3351.
Every year since 1992 Montblanc have released a Writers Edition and in 2017 they chose Antoine de Saint-Exupery. The dark blue resin compliments the platinum-coated trim perfectly. The design takes its inspiration from his famous aircraft and movel “Night Flight”. The engravings found on the pencil represent the night sky observed by him on 1st November 1929 at 11pm.
The pen is fitted with a new rollerball refill. If you'd rather use it as a fineliner, then you'd simply have to purchase the relevant refill - these are widely available online.
