Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Agatha Christie Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc book-style presentation box (a little bit of wear to this). The pen has barely been used and is presented in fantastic condition. There is a small mark on the cap (shown in the photos), but this isn't anywhere near as visible under normal conditions. Only 30000 pens were produced and this is number 05235.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers edition series. In 1993 it was Agatha Christie.
This is a legendary Writers Edition – the pen is crafted from black resin, with the trim and serpent clip being sterling silver – the serpents eyes are set with two rubies.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
