Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Agatha Christie Sterling Silver Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc book-style presentation box. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in fantastic condition. Only 20000 were produced and this is number 0452.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers edition series. In 1993 it was Agatha Christie.
This is one of our favourite Writers Editions. The pen is crafted from black resin, with the trim and serpent clip being sterling silver - the serpents eyes are set with two rubies.
The pen is fitted with a wonderful 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
