Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Agatha Christie Fountain Pen, which comes with a standard Montblanc presentation box (including otuer). The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition. Only 30000 pens were produced and this is number 28228.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 1993 it was Agatha Christie.
This is one of our favourite Writers Edition – the pen is crafted from black resin, with the trim and serpent clip being sterling silver – the serpents eyes are set with two rubies.
The pen is fitted with a wonderful 18k oblique broad nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
