Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Writers Edition Agatha Christie Fountain Pen, which comes with a standard Montblanc presentation box. The pen has never been used and is presented in wonderful condition - the F sticker, denoting a fine nib, remains on the barrel. Only 20000 pens were produced and this is number 17402.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 1993 it was Agatha Christie.
This is one of our favourite Writers Edition - the pen is crafted from black resin, with the trim and serpent clip being sterling silver - the serpents eyes are set with two rubies.
The pen is fitted with an 18k fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
