Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Chamonix 1924 Classique Doue Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped service guide. The pen was only dipped to test and is presented essentially in as new condition - the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the barrel.
A relatively new release from Montblanc which celebrates 100 Years of Meisterstuck and is inspired by the Chamonix Winter Olympic Games in 1924. The barrel is crafted from a blue-grey hued resin, which is similar to the official colour of the Chamonix 1924 games. The metal cap is engraved with a mountain landscape of the Chamonix valley. The Olympic rings are engraved on the cap top ring, along with a wreath of leaves, which is similar to those presented to the winners. The trim is platinum-plated.
The pen is fitted with an 14k medium nib and it's a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
