Thanks for looking at our listing for this Montblanc 163 Classique Solitaire Pure Silver Rollerball / Fineliner Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall excellent condition.
The Pure Silver pens were produced for a limited period of time and are now getting increasingly difficult to track down. The barrel and cap are crafted from sterling silver, which then has an intricate engraved design. The trim is platinum-coated.
The appropriate Germany and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring, along with the word METAL which was used by Montblanc for Doue and Solitaire pens.
The pen is fitted with a new rollerball refill. If you'd prefer to use it as a fineliner, then you'd simply have to purchase the relevant refill - these are widely available online.
