Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen was serviced by Montblanc in Hamburg in December 2025 (the paperwork will be supplied), where the section, barrel and cone were also replaced. The remainder of the pen is presented in lovely condition.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated. This 149 originated from the 1960s, as shown by its tri-tone 18c nib and rarer 'Made in Germany' clip ring marking.
The pen is fitted with a fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
