Montblanc Meisterstuck 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen - 1991-92

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall excellent condition.

       

This is a straightforward pen to date, as it features the first generation serial number (shorter and in a different font) along with Germany markings - thus placing it as a 1991-92 pen. The additional features of first generation plastic feed, 18k bi-tone nib, two-piece barrel and brass threads all support this.

         

The pen is fitted with a fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
