Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated. Only W.Germany markings can be found on the clip ring. This is a relatively easy pen to date, as it has a split ebonite feed, two-piece barrel, black piston threads and bi-tone 14c nib - placing it between 1983-85.
The pen is fitted with a medium nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
