Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklet. The pen has been carefully used over the decades and is presented in overall excellent condition. There are some marks to the presentation box.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated. Only Germany markings can be found on the clip ring. The combination of 14c bi-tone nib, solid ebonite feed, black piston threads and one-piece barrel, date this between 1972-75.
The pen is fitted with an extra fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
