Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montbanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Silver Barley Diamond Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped service guide. The pen has never been used and is presented in wonderful condition - the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the cone.
The Silver Barley as a model is one of the rarest non-limited edition Solitaire offerings... it's crafted from sterling silver, which is then engraved with a guilloche design. The iconic Montblanc snowcap shimmers in mother-of-pearl and a diamond is set on the clip. The trim is platinum plated.
Both Germany and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring.
The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
