Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montbanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Silver Barley Diamond Fountain Pen, which comes with a Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped service guide. The pen has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition.
The Silver Barley as a model is one of the rarest non-limited edition Solitaire offerings... it's crafted from sterling silver, which is then engraved with a guilloche design. The iconic Montblanc snowcap shimmers in mother-of-pearl and a diamond is set on the clip. The trim is platinum-coated.
Both Germany and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring.
The pen is fitted with an 18k double broad nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
