Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Gold Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall lovely condition.
This pen dates from the mid-1980s and features a glorious monotone nib, split ebonite feed and solid ink window. The clip ring features W.Germany markings along with the first generation serial number (shorter and in a different font), so the pen dates to 1991-92.
The pen is crafted from black resin with the trim being gold-coated.
The pen is fitted with a 14k oblique broad nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
