Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Gold Coated Fountain Pen - EF - Serviced MB21

Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Gold-Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with an IZODS presentation box. The pen waas serviced by Montblanc in 2021 (the paperwork will be supplied) and has seen very little usage since - at the same time the main resin element of the cap was replaced, along with the barrel and cone. So the overall condition is fantastic.

     

The pen originally dates from the 1980s (monotone nib, W.Germany clip markings and solid ink window) and these older 146s are just a delight.

     

The pen is fitted with a 14k monotone extra fine nib (new style feed) and it's a piston filler, which means that bottled ink is your choice here.
