Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Gold Coated Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer), information leaflet and card mentioning Christmas 1984. The pen appears to have barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition.
This pen features a glorious monotone nib, split ebonite feed and solid ink window. The clip ring features only Germany markings. These older generation 146's, although still crafted from black resin, have a very deep glow and almost have a lacquered appearance.
The pen is fitted with a 14k extra fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
