Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Bordeaux Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklet. The pen has never been inked and is presented in virtually as new condition - the EF sticker, denoting an extra fine nib, remains on the barrel.
This is an easy example to date, as it has the first generation serial number (shorter and in a different font), placing it between 1991-92. The W.Germany marking makes this more like a 1991 pen.
The pen is fitted with a 14k extra fine nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
The important details are as follows...
- Virtually As New Condition
- Extra Fine Nib
- Montblanc Presentation Box
With every pen that we sell we provide a card that includes the manufacturer, model, serial / limitation number and date it was purchased from us. We do this because our customers like to have documentation showing that it’s been purchased from a trusted seller.
