Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 LeGrand Bordeaux Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box and unstamped booklet. The pen was only dipped to test and is presented in virtually as new condition - the BB sticker, denoting a rare double broad nib, remains on the barrel.
We've always been a huge admirer of the Bordeaux resin writing instruments and sadly as these were only produced for a limited amount of time, firstly in the early 80's and then for a second time in the 1990's - early 2000's.
Both serial number and Germany markings can be found on the clip ring.
The pen is fitted with a 14k double broad nib and it's a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
