Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Great Characters Jimi Hendrix Special Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outers) and stamped booklet - confirming first purchase on 7th November 2022. The pen has barely been used and is presented in wonderful condition - the original medium nib was changed to a broad and the certificate is included.
Paying tribute to one of the most iconic musicians and legendary electric guitarists. The off-white colour of the cap and its engraved design, is inspired by one of Hendrix’s guitar straps. The black barrel features a pattern resembling a WAH pedal. The clip is angled to resemble the vibrato bar on an electric guitar. The platinum-coated barrel ring takes its inspiration from a 1960s guitar cable and is engraved with the date of a famous Hendrix concert.
The pen is fitted with a 14k broad nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink. We particularly like the vivid purple feed!
