Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Great Characters Andy Warhol Special Edition Ballpoint Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box and stamped booklet - confirming first purchase on 16th July 2017. The pen has been carefully used and is presented in overall excellent condition. The lid of the presentation box makes a slight knocking sound when opened and closed.
The Great Characters series has seen many famous names honoured by Montblanc and the Andy Warhol is one of the mosty recognisable.
The design takes its inspiration from Warhol's Campbell's Soup can series, with its blue resin and orange rings. The cap has four images of the tomato soup tins, with the clip being shaped like a squeegee - a nod to his penchant for silkscreen printing.
The pen is fitted with a new refill.
