Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Writers Edition Oscar Wilde Mechanical Pencil, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped booklets. The pencil has barely been used and is presented in fantastic condition. Only 12000 were produced and this is number 09454.
Every year Montblanc honour a great literary figure, as part of their writers limited edition. In 1994 it was Oscar Wilde.
One of our favourite elements is the green resin barrel, which has black and white flecks. The cap top and cone are crafted from black resin, with the trim being vermeil (gold-plated over sterling silver).
The pencil is fitted with 0.9mm leads.
