Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Boheme Rouge Gold-Plated Fountain Pen, which comes with its Montblanc presentation box (including outer) and unstamped service guide. The pen has never been used and is presented in viurtually as new condition - the B sticker, confirming a broad nib, remains on the cone.
The Boheme fountain pens were available in three sizes - essentially small, medium and large. This is the small, which is the version that features the retractable nib mechanism. As such it's cartridge only.
The Rouge features a synthetic, paramount cut, ruby gemstone on the clip. The barrel and cap are crafted from brass, which is then gold-plated.
The pen is fitted with an 18k broad nib and both France (some metal pens were produced in France) and serial number markings can be found on the clip ring.
