Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Gravitas Monster Aluminium Fountain Pen, which comes with its zip-up Gravitas case. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition.
Gravitas is a brand run by Ben Walsh and they're renowned for innovation. The Monster, as the name suggests, is an oversize pen, but at the same time is extremely comfortable to use. The cap, section and cone are crafted from bead blasted aluminium, with the barrel being clear resin.
The filling system is known as the Kraken, which is inspired by mechanical heart valves. Ben designed the system and at full capacity it can hold 6ml.
The pen is fitted with an #8 steel extra fine nib with an ebonite feed. The section can be unscrewed to ensure ease of cleaning and to grease the filling system.
