Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this extremely rare Danitrio Baby Sho-Genkai Raw Ebonite LE12 Eyedropper Fountain Pen, which comes with its lacquered presentation box (including outer), cloth, pipette and information leaflets. The pen has barely been used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. Only 25 pens were produced, of which only 12 had sterling silver clips.
Danitrio require no introduction and are a legendary Japanese manufacturer. This model was produced several years ago as an exclusive for a small number of members of the fountain pen network and pentrace and were not offered to the general public. The pen is crafted from black ebonite, which is showcased in its 'raw' state, so having not been polished or finished in any particular way. The clip is sterling silver. The pen measures 153mm with the cap attached and 142mm without.
The pen is fitted with a #8 18k broad nib (it seems quite stubby) with an ebonite feed and it's an eyedropper filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
