The Italian pen company Nettuno based their logo on a statue of Neptune in the city of Bologna Italy. The company is still going strong today, now producing pens in the Maiora pen factory in idyllic Naples.
Run by Nino Marino, one of the original founders of Delta, they’re producing stunning writing instruments.
One of Nettuno’s first fountain pens was the Nettuno a Serbatoio, a safety pen made from ebonite.
Nettuno has always focused on innovative production techniques and materials. Each pen they make comes from the finest quality materials and workmanship.
Leonardo is based on years of pen making heritage, but using modern hand-made techniques and Italian flair. Founded by Salvatore Matrone, the son of Ciro Matrone (one of the founders of the Delta pen company).
Each pen is hand turned from either resin or celluloid and features wonderfully intricate detailing along with an enticing colour pallete to choose from.
Manufactured in Massachusetts, Schon are known for their use of metal and incredible colour schemes! We’re delighted to be stocking the “Pocket Six” which is their first fountain pen.
