Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Sailor King of Pen Pro Gear Briarwood Burl Fountain Pen, which comes with its Sailor presentation box (including outer), ink and information leaflets. The pen has barely been used and is presented in overall wonderful condition.

The King of Pen requires no introduction and is a wonderful Sailor model – this is a rare model, based on the Pro Gear and crafted from glorious Japanese blonde briarwood – it’s unusual to see an example with the cone and cap top also in wood. The additional weight from the use of the wood really makes this feel like a more substantial writing instrument, when compared to the resin versions.

The pen is a cartridge / converter (supplied), so you have the best of both worlds. It’s fitted with a 21k broad nib.
