Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M800 Green Black Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box and information booklet. The pen has never been used and is presented in fantastic condition – the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the barrel.

This is a very rare pen as it’s from the very start of M800 production, which means it also has the legendary 14C M800 nib! To date this pen is relatively simple, with this brass cap top style only being used for a very short period. It also has W.Germany cap markings and the appropriate piston cone brass medallion.

The pen features a green striated barrel, with the cap being black resin. The trim is gold-plated.

One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed – this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!

The pen is fitted with a 14c medium nib and the M800 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink.
