Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Pelikan Souveran M640 Polar Lights Special Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its Pelikan presentation box (including outer) and unstamped information booklet. The pen has never been used and is presented in essentially as new condition.

 

 

 

The M640 Mount Everest is an iconic special edition that was first released in 2008. The barrel features a lacquered design showing the golden peaks of the Himalayas. The cap and piston cone are crafted from grey resin with the trim being platinum-plated.

 

 

 

One of the fantastic features of Pelikan pens is that the nib unit can be unscrewed – this makes it both incredibly simple to clean and you can also change nibs in seconds!

 

 

 

The pen is fitted with an 18C broad nib and the M640 is a piston filling pen, so the choice here is bottled ink.
