Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this delightful Parker Duofold Centennial Black and Pearl Fountain Pen, which comes with its Parker presentation box. The pen has never been used and is presented in virtually as new condition – there was the tiniest whisper of ink when the pen was checked, but this is very likely the classic blue used as a final check at the factory, as it was the tiniest amount. The barrel code of IA dates this as a Q3 1992 pen (the year the Black and Peark was introduced).

Parker have a long, rich heritage of creating impressive writing instruments and the Duofold range is at the heart of this. With its incredibly detailed production process, including 130 components and 100 quality control tests.

The pen is crafted from glorious pearl and black resin, which has myriad of shimmering tones. The trim is gold-plated.

The pen is fitted with an 18k broad nib and it’s a cartridge / converter (supplied) filler, so you have the best of both worlds when it comes to ink.
