Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Omas Revelations Blue Royale Celluloid LE88 Fountain Pen, which comes with its large OMAS presentation box, part-used bottle of ink and booklet. The pen has been lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition – there is some wear to the inner lining of the presentation box (common on this era of OMAS production).

 

 

 

 

OMAS require no introduction and since their sad demise in January 2016, the hunger from fans and collectors for great examples of their writing instruments has increased dramatically! The company was founded by Armando Simoni and the full name was Officina Meccanica Armando Simoni, abbreviated to OMAS.

 

 

 

 

The Revelations pen is Paragon sized, but isn’t faceted and has a smooth cylindrical shape. The pen is crafted from glorious Blue Royale celluloid, which has myriad of blue and black tones. The trim is gold-plated.

 

 

 

 

The pen is fitted with an 18k extra fine nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
