Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this wonderful Montblanc Writers Edition Antoine de Saint-Exupery Mechanical Pencil which comes with its book-style Montblanc presentation box and stamped booklet – confirming first purchase on 19th November 2007. The pencil has been very lightly used and is presented in overall fantastic condition. Only 1300 were produced (as part of sets) and this is number 1104.

Every year since 1992 Montblanc have released a Writers Edition and in 2017 they chose Antoine de Saint-Exupery. The dark blue resin compliments the platinum-coated trim perfectly. The design takes its inspiration from his famous aircraft and movel “Night Flight”. The engravings found on the pencil represent the night sky observed by him on 1st November 1929 at 11pm.

The pencil is fitted with 0.7mm leads.
