Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Patron of Art 888 Homage To J.P. Morgan 888 Limited Edition Fountain Pen, which comes with its lacquered presentation box. As with other POA pens, only 888 were produced and this is number 764. The pen has never been used and is presented in wonderful condition – the M sticker, denoting a medium nib, remains on the cone. There are a few small marks to the outside of the presentation box.

In 2004, Montblanc honoured the legendary financier J.P Morgan. The barrel, cap and clip are crafted from solid 18k yellow gold, with the carbon fibre cap also being woven with 18k gold. The Montblanc snowcap is crafted from mother-of-pearl.

The pen is fitted with an 18k medium nib and it’s a piston filler, so your choice here is bottled ink.
